    Tara-Lee Corriveau is the founder of Nourished Minds and the heart behind every retreat experience.


    With over 18 years of experience in the mental health field, Tara-Lee brings a powerful combination of clinical expertise and culinary knowledge. As a certified Food as Medicine Culinary Professional and Culinary Mental Health Wellness and Life Coach, she understands the deep connection between what we eat, how we feel, and how we show up in our lives — and she has dedicated her career to helping others experience that connection for themselves.

    She curates luxury retreats, private and group chef experiences, and personalized reset, detox, and cleanse programs. Every experience is built with intention, warmth, and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of each person in her care.
