Our vision is to create a global movement that redefines wellness — one that recognizes food as a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. Nourished Minds seeks to expand beyond local services, travelling across communities and countries to deliver transformative retreats, workshops, and coaching experiences that integrate nutrition, mindfulness, and mental health. We envision a world where individuals understand the connection between what they eat and how they feel — and where this awareness leads to healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
With 18 years of experience in the mental health industry as a dedicated social worker, I have devoted my career to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and addictions across various demographics. My journey has been deeply personal, as I was diagnosed with bipolar II disorder and an anxiety disorder in 2017. This lived experience shapes my understanding and compassion for those I work with.
