About Nourished Minds Wellness Retreats

Wellness Retreat in Puerto Escondido, Mexico

The Nourished Minds Renewal Retreat is an immersive wellness retreat in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, taking place in November 13th to the 20th, 2026. It brings together nourishing food, mindful movement, wellness practices grounded in evidence, and genuine human connection on Mexico’s Oaxacan coast. The investment is $3,500 CAD.

We live in a world that rarely slows down, where rest feels like a luxury, nourishment gets deprioritized, and the connection between how we eat and how we feel gets lost somewhere between the demands of daily life. Most of us know something needs to change. We just have not given ourselves permission to do something about it.

Every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the meals on your plate to the practices that guide your days, rooted in the philosophy that food is medicine and that true wellness touches every part of who you are.
